Qualifications:

  • Massage Therapy / Acupuncture Diploma;

Job Duties – Clinic Manager: 

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of clinical daily services such as Hygiene Maintain, Client Communication, Promotion Designation, Expense Control, COVID-19 policies.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff/therapists
  • Plan and control budget and medical supplies of the clinic
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems for the cases that the receptionists could not resolve
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
  • Hire, train and supervise therapists and receptionists
  • Require working experience regarding marketing and business expansion plan in the past careers.

Job Duties -Clinic Administration Clerk: 

  • Schedule and confirm medical appointments and receive and communicate messages for medical staff and patients
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Interview patients in order to complete forms, documents and case histories
  • Complete insurance and other claim forms
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes
  • Establish and maintain various internal office administrative support procedures such as document tracking and filing and monthly reporting
